IT SUPPORT AND SERVICES

DIDI is equipped with world-class computational devices which will help the growth of our students. Our IT Support is responsible in providing technical support, solutions, and guidelines for DIDI. IT Support is the central point-of-contact for all technology related issues and concerns of students, faculties, and management office.

Connecting to outside world via the web is seamless with our high-speed internet connection which is available all-over the campus.

Email

DIDI provides an email address and account for all students, faculty, and staff. This email account is created when you are enrolled at DIDI. AT DIDI, we provide Microsoft 365 account which gives you access to Outlook, Office web apps, and OneDrive cloud storage for every student. When you are signed-in through the website, you are authenticating through a DIDI-provided single sign-on solution. As a result, by signing into Microsoft 365 apps at DIDI, you are also signing into other services that use the same sign-in method (SIS, for example).


Learning Portals and Student Information System

At DIDI, we use Moodle as our learning management system, which is accessible to every student whenever and wherever they want to. Moodle allows instructors and students to interact and access course materials online. A variety of tools (such as Microsoft Teams) is available to instructors to promote interaction and provide resources.

Aside from our top-caliber faculty, we are also equipped with LinkedIn Learning modules which are available to all enrolled students.

DIDI student information system (SIS), is a management information system to manage student data. SIS systems provide capabilities for registering students in courses; grading documentation, transcripts, results of students tests and other assessment scores; student schedules; tracking student attendance; and managing many other student-related data needs


IT Managed Computers

IT Computer Lab offers cutting edge software and hardware. Our computer lab are equipped with the high specs HP machines that can handle all the heavy applications for our four disciplines. We also use Microsoft Surface Studio for graphics designing purposes. Software are readily available in our campus computers such as: Adobe Creative Cloud, Rhinoceros, Keyshot, Solidworks, and AutoDesk Fusion.

DIDI Library is equipped with Apple iMac devices which the students can use for their research and perform different educational materials which will be used to their learning purposes. Our library is capable of printing large scale printouts with the help of our HP plotter printer and Multi-Functional Printer (MFP).
