The Office of the Registrar is the reference entity for students, faculty, and alumni regarding all administrative aspects of academic services and information.
Its duties encompass administrative and operational activities like registration, course and classroom management, and reporting. Its primary mission is to manage and record all student-related academic information and records, including registration, class enrolment, academic results, and graduation.

Library
Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation’s library is a crucial and valuable resource for research, study, and teaching. Open to all students and staff, the Design Library supports and houses a growing and comprehensive collection of print and digital resources that cover all of DIDI’s courses and disciplines.
The library provides access to print and digital books, a material's library, and the Living Library (Livrary) - an active database of the Humans of the Dubai Design District (d3).

Fab Lab
The Fab Lab is a state-of-the-art learning environment where students make prototypes and learn manual and digital fabrication skills. Built using MIT standards, the Fab Lab has the highest and most advanced tools, guidelines, and safety standards.
At DIDI's Fab Lab, students have full access to a selection of the most recent fabricating machinery, such as a robotic arm, 3D printers, 3D scanners, laser cutters, CNC routers, vinyl cutters, heat presses, vacuum formers, electronics workstations, hot wire cutters, a photography lab, and hand tools.
The DIDI Fab Lab is open to the public on specific events such as Open Days, pre-college workshops, or industry-led masterclasses.

DIDI's Fashion Studio allows students to apply their ideas and transform their vision into actual garments and materials, under the guidance of their professors and technical staff.Open throughout the year, students have direct access to the tools, equipment, and materials like industrial machinery, a fabric stockroom, finishing presses, flatbed machines, as well as a wide variety of specialist sewing machinery. A key part of their education, students will become well-trained and confident in handling any equipment or tools they will encounter throughout their career.
